Terms of service
Acceptance
By signing in to or using report.adxr.ai (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
Access
The Service is private. Access is granted to named users and may be withdrawn at any time. You must not share your sign-in, let anyone else use your session, or attempt to reach data you have not been given access to.
What the Service provides
Observations of publicly displayed advertising: ads, the pages and offers they lead to, and derived statistics such as how many advertisers run an offer and for how long. The Service reports what was observed; it does not verify an advertiser’s claims, guarantee that an offer is lawful or profitable, or recommend any purchase or campaign.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service for market research and competitive analysis only.
- Do not copy the Service’s data in bulk, scrape it, resell it, or build a competing product from it.
- Do not use it to harass, defame or unlawfully target any advertiser, publisher or person.
- Do not probe, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code and compiled data are ours. Advertising material shown within it belongs to its respective owners and is reproduced only to the extent needed for research and analysis. Nothing here transfers any rights to you beyond the right to use the Service as intended.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. Data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong; ads and pages change after we observe them. We give no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and you use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data, arising from the Service or reliance on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or €100 if you paid nothing.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, in particular for a breach of these terms. Sections on intellectual property, warranty and liability survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have elsewhere.
