Who we are
ADxr.ai (“we”) operates the website adxr.ai and the application at report.adxr.ai. Questions about this policy go to legal@adxr.ai.
What the service is
The application is a private research tool for authorised users. It collects publicly displayed advertising (ads, the pages they lead to, and the offers behind them) from advertising platforms and licensed data vendors. That material concerns advertisers and their campaigns; it is not personal data about visitors to this site.
Personal data we process about you
- Sign-in. Access uses Google sign-in. We receive your Google account’s email address, name, profile picture and the workspace it belongs to, and we keep them in a signed session cookie for up to 14 days. We do not receive your password.
- Server logs. Our servers record the IP address, time and requested page of each visit for security and reliability, and delete them on a rolling basis.
- Nothing else. The site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party scripts.
Why, and on what basis
We process sign-in data to control who may use a private tool (our legitimate interest in securing it, and performance of the arrangement under which you were given access) and server logs to keep the service secure and available (legitimate interest). Where you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR applies; where you are elsewhere, your local law may also apply.
Cookies
One cookie, report_session, strictly necessary for sign-in, expiring after 14 days or when you sign out. This site sets no other cookie.
Who else sees data
- Google (sign-in), under Google’s own privacy terms.
- DigitalOcean (hosting, New York region) and Let’s Encrypt (certificates), as processors of the technical data above.
- Nobody else. We do not sell or share personal data.
Retention
Session data: until you sign out or 14 days. Server logs: a rolling short period. Advertising material we collect is retained as research data for as long as it is useful to the service.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or receive a copy, by writing to legal@adxr.ai. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
Advertisers and publishers
If you believe material about you or your company appears in the service and should not, write to legal@adxr.ai with the details and we will review it promptly.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
